2. Ana menüde Ayarlar'a dokun.
3. En alttaki Hesabımı sil'e dokun ve iki kez onayla.

Oyuna erişemiyorsan

Bize yaz: hexdusk.io.destek@gmail.com. Mesajında oyundaki adını ve arkadaş kodunu (Profil penceresinde yazar) belirt. Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.

Ne silinir

• Hesabın, altın bakiyen, satın aldığın ve kazandığın tüm görünümler
• Sezon ilerlemen ve oyun istatistiklerin
• Arkadaş listen ve klan üyeliğin (klanın kurucusuysan kurucu en eski üyeye geçer)

Gönderdiğin şikâyetler kötüye kullanımı incelemek için adın ve kimliğin çıkarılarak anonim tutulur. Bilgiler sunucu yedeklerinden en geç 30 gün içinde silinir. Silinen hesap geri getirilemez.

Hexdusk.io · Deleting your account

In the game (immediate)

1. Open Hexdusk.io.
2. Tap Settings (Ayarlar) in the main menu.
3. Tap Delete my account (Hesabımı sil) at the bottom and confirm twice.

If you can't access the game

Contact us: hexdusk.io.destek@gmail.com. Include your in-game name and friend code (shown in the Profile window). Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, coin balance and all cosmetics you bought or earned
• Your season progress and game statistics
• Your friend list and clan membership (if you founded a clan, ownership passes to the oldest member)

Reports you sent are kept anonymously, with your name and ID removed, to review abuse. Data is removed from server backups within 30 days. A deleted account cannot be restored.
